The vacation in Rhode Island is going pretty good for a summer vacation in the middle of the winter. The beach house is amazing, here is a shot from three feet out the front door.

More Boston

I got some shots today, but I didn't get to see anyone I wanted to. At least I found some interesting places.

Boston

I haven't put anything up in a long time, and I am now in the home of the Dropkick Murphy's, Boston Mass. I am staying at a friend's place for a few days working on some photo ideas. The place is best described by him as 20% Boston University Students, 30% Asians, and 40% Eastern Europeans. I haven't figured out who the 10% that are missing are, but the appartments are mainly immigrants and college students. There is an amazing view of this awesome train yard kind of place that I am going to try to shoot some tomorrow, but I have some more important things to work on. Here is a shot from the balcony tonight.

Hockey Game

Went to a hockey game today and shot some of the players. It took a while to get into the mindset of shooting continuously and following the puck. I am more used to single shot with the 4x5, but I got it after a while.

Kill Van Kul

Today I walked around Kill Van Kul with Tammy and a friend who is a hilarious photographer. While the focus was on the gigantic barges and ships, I found other random things of interest, including some brants. The photos below are some of the things I found on the walk including the floating train tracks.
