I have been slowly receiving lights and cheap little pieces from China that can be combined for some amazing lighting situations. I am just trying it out and figuring out how they work but this is the best I could do with an antsy model that won't stay still worth a damn.

Project??

I think I am going to start a new great project. I have a few unfinished ones I started losing interest in, and thought of one that should be really cool. Here is a series of shots, not from what the project will be but got me thinking of it.

Short Movie Still Shoot

I did the still photography for a short movie this weekend. It gave me a good opportunity to use the leica, and helped show a great field of photography I really enjoy. Now I need to find more of these jobs.

Containers

A new project I want to start working on is containers for things. I think some of the old containers and storage devices that I come across are awesome.

Big Shoot

I had a big shoot yesterday, and is was tough. I was given a tiny hotel room to set two separate lighting situations up in and less than 20 minutes to shoot a shot in each situation per person. It ended up coming out really good though, and man am I relieved. Here is a group of shoot of the people that are going to become the stars of an emerging tv network.

Super Bowl

I went to a friends house to watch the super bowl today and thought I would photograph the event in between beers and buffalo wings. I have been on a gas saving, pollution reducing mission recently, so I caught a ride with a friend. I started on the ride over and picked up the camera whenever people started getting into the game.

Barber Shop

Today was the first decent day in a long while. A friend of mine came over and we decided to walk to the store to get some beers for the super bowl. On the way we walked past this old barber shop and of course I was carrying my leica.

Enough Already

I know I have too many photos of myself on here. I need one for my new website's about me section. All the good photos I have were taken while I was assisting and aren't really mine. I set up my studio for a quick shot and had Tammy help.

Train Ride

I went to the city today to assist a photographer. I took the train into the city with the photographer and ended finding my parents by mistake on the train on the way home. While I was at waiting in the morning for the train to the city I stopped by the vendor in the local train station. He is a very nice guy who splits the work with his kind wife. He is also the first person who realized I have a serious camera and not an old clunker.

Finally Got It

I finally got the Leica after tons of problems. I am going to try to post every day, so I will have to use the camera every day. Here are some shots from the train ride home.
